Alexandre von Heeren is a Partner of Mandaris AG (formerly Experta AG) and serves as the Executive Chairman of the board. He also heads the Private Client Services of Mandaris.
After having worked for Swiss Bank Corporation (now UBS) and Dexia, where he held executive positions in the legal and Financial Planning departments, Alexandre became the Managing Director of the former Dexia fiduciary and trust affiliate Experta, where he also served on the boards of its overseas trustee and Luxemburg fiduciary company.
Alexandre holds a law degree and a LL.M. in international business law with a specialization in banking, financial markets and insurance law.
Thomas Meier served his Commercial Apprenticeship with UBS in Aarau and worked with various Swiss banks thereafter, including 13 years with Rothschild Bank AG in Zurich as Head of the Trust Department, as well as with HSBC Private Bank where he headed the Trust Company in Zurich.
In 2005 Thomas Meier joined Paicolex Trust Management AG as an executive director.

Rodney Hodges joined Rawlinson & Hunter in Switzerland in 2008 as a consultant, and became a director and partner later that year.
Rodney has been involved in the international trust industry for many years having worked in Jersey, the Isle of Man, and London for the Chiltern Group. During that time, he advised one of the largest Swiss banks on setting up its own trust company; and assisted another to review and overhaul its operations. He has been a director of trust companies for nearly twenty years.
A barrister by qualification, Rodney specialises in international tax planning, and devising and operating trust and company structures for high net worth individuals and private corporations. He focuses on clients from Central Europe and the Eurasian region.
Philippe de Salis heads the Swiss Fiduciary Operation of the Stonehage Group. He joined Stonehage in 2007 after working for several years as an attorney-at-law in Berne and then in Geneva, specialising in corporate and commercial law.
Philippe graduated from the University of Zurich in 1996 with a Law degree (Lic.iur.). He qualified as an attorney-at-law and was admitted to the Bar of the Canton of Berne in 1999. Philippe also obtained a Post Graduate Diploma in Law from the University of Geneva in 2004
Patrick Renaud (1967) is Swiss and is a Member of the Executive Committee and Managing Partner of the Geneva Office of KENDRIS SA. He is also Head of the Tax and Legal service line for KENDRIS in the French-speaking part of Switzerland. Prior to this Patrick spent time with a leading private bank in Geneva.
Patrick received his Master in Law from the University of Geneva in 1991, was admitted as Attorney-at- Law in 1993, and as a Swiss Federal Tax Expert in 2000. He is a member of various professional associations in the Suisse Romandie.

Mark Barmes is a partner in the Private Client group at Lenz & Staehelin. He advises individuals and trustees in all aspects of wealth planning. He regularly advises in both international and domestic contexts, particularly assisting foreign private clients and trustees to establish themselves in Switzerland and to resolve disagreements. Mark Barmes is on the board of Swiss trustee companies and contributes actively in the field of wealth planning in Switzerland through membership and lecturing for STEP (Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners) and as a Committee member of the Swiss Association of Trust Companies (SATC).
Mr. Matthias Belz is the Managing Director of the Swiss entity (with offices in Geneva and Zürich) and the Director responsible for the Liechtenstein within the TMF group.
Matthias has extensive experience in international finance, trading and administration. He started his career in Hong Kong in 1991. Since then he has worked with a major German Conglomerate, a Swiss Bank and an international trading company.
Before joining Equity Trust, Matthias was a client of Equity Trust, acting as the Chief Financial Officer for an American group of companies, overlooking and administering all financial and commercial arrangements for 14 companies in Asia, Europe and the Americas.
With a proven record of important achievements in a variety of roles, Matthias is recognized as a skilful and competent business leader.
Apart from the overall management of the TMF Swiss offices, Matthias is actively involved with clients and representatives of corporate clients, and seeks and implements strategic alliances on behalf of the group.
He studied Economics at the Justus Liebig University, Giessen, Germany and completed an apprenticeship of ”Foreign and Whole Trade”.
